Concrete Admixture for New Build projects

Crystal Admix HD is a next generation crystalline admixture designed to enhance concrete by effectively waterproofing the concrete, dramatically increasing strength and reducing the shrinkage cracks.

Crystal Admix HD often eliminates the need for super plasticizers by providing high plastic qualities and abilities as part of its unique crystalline waterproofing abilities. It is a cost effective solution to membrane systems while increasing concrete’s durability.

Crystal Admix HD is added to fresh concrete easily at the batch plant or directly into ready mix trucks. It works to continuously prevent moisture from penetrating through the concrete by creating a catalytic chemical reaction within the pores and capillaries to enhance the hydration process of the cement component within the concrete. The enhanced hydration process not only provides waterproofing characteristics to the concrete, it also allows for an increased ability to self-heal micro cracking upon the presence of moisture up to 0.5mm.

Concrete Aqua Guard Grout F

Crystal Grout F is a high-strength waterproof fibre reinforced non-shrink grout that is specially designed to repair leaking cracks, holes and joints.

lt is formulated with our proven crystaline technology which combines chemically with water and concrete to form millions of needle-shaped crystals.

These crystals grow in all directions to fill any capillary pores of the grout to block the passage of water.

Concrete Aqua Guard Grout

Crystal Grout is a high-strength waterproof non-shrink grout that is specially designed to repair leaking cracks, holes and joints.

lt is formulated with our proven crystaline technology which combines chemically with water and concrete to form millions of needle-shaped crystals.

These crystals grow in all directions to fill any capillary pores of the grout to block the passage of water.

Concrete Aqua Guard Crystal Slurry

CRYSTAL SLURRY reacts with un-hydrated cement particles to grow millions of needlelike crystals deep into the concrete mass.

Over a period of weeks and months, these crystals grow, filling the naturally occurring pores and voids in concrete, and permanently blocking the pathways for water and waterborne contaminants. Later, if cracks form due to settling or shrinkage, incoming water triggers the crystallization process and additional crystals begin to grow, filling cracks and ensuring that the structure’s waterproofing barrier is maintained and protected.

The concrete itself becomes the waterproof layer and the surface treatment is not required to remain intact for the system to be effective. CRYSTAL SLURRY consists of Portland cement, specially treated quartz sand and a compound of active chemicals. CRYSTAL SLURRY is supplied in powder form and needs only to be mixed with water prior to application.

Concrete Aqua Guard Crystal Top Coat

Concrete Aqua Guard Top Coat is a unique chemical treatment designed to waterproof and protect concrete from water penetration of the pores and capillaries.

Top Coat is chemically similar to Concrete Aqua Guard Crystal Slurry only less potent and is purposely designed to be a surface applied treatment that penetrates into concrete for an in-depth waterproofing solution. Top Coat is applied as a second coat with Crystal Slurry.

Concrete Aqua Guard Top Coat works within the concrete’s substrate to react with un-hydrated cement particles and water to grow crystals within the concrete mass. In doing so it will make the concrete permanently waterproof.

Concrete Aqua Guard STOP

WATERSTOP is a fast setting powder that, when mixed to a stiff-dough consistency with water, may be used to immediately arrest the seepage or flow of water through concrete voids. WATERSTOP is used to stop flowing water, allowing waterproofing repair to be installed in leaking cracks, holes, joints or any place where water is penetrating a concrete structure.
